Description
Harvest Right’s lyophilizer/freeze dryer is the perfect addition to any laboratory. The scientific freeze dryer can be completely customized with your preferred processes. You can have multiple manageable profiles, each providing the ability to automatically power on and off the condensing unit and the vacuum pump in conjunction with ascending, controlled temperature and time settings.

- Full-color, touch-screen display.
- 2 gallons ice condensing capacity.
- Operation allows for recipe customization (up to 10 Thermal Treatment and 12 Drying steps).
- Control of the rate of freeze. This means that the rate of freeze can be speeded up or slowed down.
- Control of the ultimate final freeze temperature.
- Control of the amount of time a material is held at the ultimate freeze temperature before the drying cycle is started.
- Control of the shelf temperature during the dry cycle. This includes setting as many as five different shelf temperatures, thus allowing the material to dry in phases, at different temperatures. For instance, you might have the material begin drying at 10ºF and increase the temperature in phases until the ultimate final dry temperature is 70ºF.
- The shelf heaters can be set to automatically control the rate of sublimation during the primary drying cycle. Through this process, the unit has control of the attendant vacuum pressure.
- The system records and maintains a log of the pressure and temperature during all parts of the freeze-dry cycle.
- Provides ongoing, real-time display of pressure and temperature.

Oil Free Pump
Overview The oil free vacuum pump can be used with any size freeze dryer. They are quiet, fast, and easy to use. The Harvest Right oil free vacuum pumps do not require oil changes and do not require regular user maintenance.
The oil free pump does not come standard with a new freeze dryer order. Current customers with an older model freeze dryer will need an adapter for the oil free vacuum pump.Technical Specifications

Wi-Fi Upgrade Kit
Current freeze dryer owners: be sure to check your freeze dryer’s model before purchasing the Wi-Fi Adapter. Due to hardware constraints, the Harvest Right PRO freeze dryer and the new Countertop 360 are the only models that can be upgraded to Wi-Fi and the new version 6.0 software. The easiest way to determine if you have a PRO model is to check the shelf count on the freeze dryer; Small: 4 shelves, Medium: 5, Large: 6, X-Large: 7. If you are unsure which size freeze dryer you own, you can check the serial number on the back of your freeze dryer (ex: P-MTF (medium)). If you still need help determining if your freeze dryer will work with wi-fi, please call Customer Service.
