Separate business program
Patioora LLC’s wholesale program is only for qualified business customers. It is distinct from the retail store and does not apply to ordinary consumer website purchases. Retail purchases remain subject to our standard shipping and return and refund policies.
Applying for an account
Applicants must run either a registered physical retail store or a legitimate online business with an established presence. We review applications to assess business legitimacy and may approve or refuse an application at our sole discretion.
Wholesale prices and payment
Only approved wholesale accounts receive wholesale prices. Amounts are in USD. Retail promotional prices do not apply. Retail discount codes cannot be used with wholesale prices without explicit written agreement.
Wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment. An invoice may be supplied on request.
Wholesale fulfillment
Handling takes 1–2 business days unless we communicate another schedule. The wholesale customer pays shipping and applicable taxes or duties. At our discretion, we may provide free shipping on selected wholesale orders.
Bulk purchases
Approved business-to-business and wholesale customers may place bulk orders. Separate agreements may set terms for large-volume purchases.
Returns and delivery problems
We consider wholesale returns individually rather than applying a blanket retail-return entitlement. Every item is inspected before shipment. Damage or an incorrect item must be reported within 5 days after delivery. Contact us for instructions before returning a wholesale order.
