Replacement options
When you are eligible for a replacement, Patioora LLC will supply the same product or one of comparable value. If the original is unavailable, we may instead offer another replacement, a repair, or a refund, taking availability and the particular problem into account. A repaired or replacement item remains subject to the conditions of the original purchase.
Limited warranty
Products sold by Patioora LLC carry a three-year limited warranty unless their product page states a different term. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects arising during normal use. Damage from misuse, accidents, changes made without authorization, and ordinary wear are excluded.
Eligible warranty claims may be made throughout the full three-year limited-warranty coverage period, unless the product page states a different term. This coverage is independent of the 90-day return window, which does not impose a deadline on warranty claims.
